Is It Legal to Buy from a Dispensary in Raleigh?

Yes. Every dispensary listed here sells hemp-derived products that are legal under both federal law (the 2018 Farm Bill) and North Carolina state law (Session Law 2022-32, enacted via SB 455). Products must contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. You don't need a medical card, prescription, or special license to walk in and buy.
