About These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to raleighdispensaries.com (the “site”), a free directory of hemp dispensaries in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area of North Carolina and a blog about hemp products and law. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information Only, Not Advice

Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or a recommendation to buy or use any product. Hemp laws change, and federal and North Carolina rules are changing in 2026; our articles may not reflect the latest developments on the day you read them. For a legal question about your situation, talk to a lawyer. For a health question, including how a product might interact with medication, talk to a doctor, pharmacist, or other clinician.

Statements on this site about hemp, CBD, mushroom, or other products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We Do Not Sell Products

Raleigh Dispensaries does not sell, ship, or deliver any product, and no purchase is made through this site. Listed businesses are independent and are not owned or operated by us. Any purchase is between you and the business, under its own policies and the law that applies to it.

Listing Information Can Change

We work to keep listings accurate by checking them against public business profiles, business websites, and information owners give us. Even so, hours, phone numbers, products, prices, and whether a business is open can change without notice. Contact a business directly to confirm details before you visit. A listing does not mean we have tested, approved, or endorsed a business or any product it sells, or that its products comply with the law. Ask the shop for each product's Certificate of Analysis.

Age

This site is intended for adults. North Carolina does not currently set a minimum age for buying hemp products, but most retailers listed here sell only to customers 21 and older as store policy and will ask for a photo ID.

Paid Listings, Ratings, and the Verified Badge

Businesses can list for free or pay for an upgraded listing. Paid listings are labeled “Sponsored” wherever they appear, and links from paid listings are marked as sponsored links. Payment does not change our articles or city guides. The “Verified” badge means a business confirmed its details with us directly; it is available to free and paid listings alike and is not for sale. Links to Other Sites

The site links to business websites, social media profiles, maps, government sources, and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their own terms.

Our Content

The text, data, and design of the site belong to Raleigh Dispensaries. You may quote or link to our pages with attribution. Please do not copy full pages or the directory data in bulk, or use automated tools to scrape the site, without our written permission.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that information is accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Raleigh Dispensaries and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, your dealings with any listed business, or any product you buy or use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
